I know people with various disabilities Oliver, I personally dont see them as disabilities, I view them as an ability. May sound weird mate, but none of us is perfect, and whilst I may seem to lack tolerance at times, I try to be tolerant of others.

It's a bit like opinions, we are all entitled to have them, just because we disagree with others, it doesn't mean we should judge them harshly.

The same IMHO should go for people with so-called disabilities. tolerance is a key factor in any world.

@Nothing, it wasnt til i asked the Surreal manager about a new land plot when i was given the boot. it shows that Surreal will not look after users who have been here long term. i did not agree to your policy and was with BnT's policy. i never agreed to your convent directly and it looks like its been changed since you have taken over BnT

If they booted you off your land, and you paid your tier in advance, then they will have to refund you for that, because any shitbreathing inbred can set up a policy saying there's no refund for services that you did not even get, and simply steal money . Doing that is illegal by law, and therefor also in Second Life. LL does not stand above the law, and neither do any residents. Why don't you make use of that lawyers insurance and have somebody knock on their door ?

Hello Oliver, thank you for notifying me of your complaint with Surreal Estates. Upon review of the situation I'm seeing some inconsistencies with your claims, one of which I will address. The lag and script usage rules are clearly defined in the Covenant as I am posting below:
~~~ Lag Rules ~~~
Lag is pollution. A sim can only handle so much of it, and the maximum tolerable capacity of a sim is about 16 milliseconds of script time lag, and a few dozen potential collisions. Script lag is thus rationed based on land area to 1 millisecond of script time per 4,000 sqare meters of land. All residents are expected to do their best to comply with this standard. This standard applies only to objects on parcels, not avatar lag. If you are generating more lag than your parcel size supports, then you need to buy more land to account for it. All scripted objects on your land will be accounted to you, not just those owned by yourself.
During the BnT lease of these sims, the following lag notice was also a part fo the Covenant which you agreed to when entering into your land rental:
* No laggy scripts or intentionally obnoxious prims or scripts (this is at the discretion of an administrator who will return excessively laggy objects without notice). Our standard is 1 ms of script time per 4k square meters of land owned. If you want to generate more lag, you need to buy more land. This is the only fair way to apportion lag.
You currently rent a 1,120sqm parcel, it's script time allocation is therefore 0.28ms. You were notified that you were above the acceptable usage (using 1.3ms) and asked to bring it back down to acceptable levels, at which time you assumed you were being told to vacate and threatened an admin with a blog post.
At Surreal we do appreciate your business, and will make every reasonable effort to work with you to resolve your issue. In this case you have been made aware of the Covenant which you have had ample access to for the duration of your tenancy and asked to adhere to it. You have not been asked to leave and are welcome to continue your tenancy with us if you follow the Covenant. If you have further concerns please feel free to consult me inworld and I will do my best to work with you.
Regards,
~Nothing
Hey, thanks for the blog post. To be clear, Terrabucks Coffee, Blanc Noir, and Terra Quan were just my alts posing as booth babes. (Hey, every product rollout needs booth babes!) :) The real team members involved in the Stingray were the beta testers: Reitsuki Kojima, Kamatz Kuhr, Arrekusu Muromachi, Gigan Seraph, Millie Thompson, and BeauZeau Zhao. Without their testing and suggestions, the Stingray wouldn't have been half the plane it is.
